True that. High expectations are one of the baselines for building (genuine) resilience
Low expectations can actually make you worse. Psychologists call it the Golem effect: expect little from someone and you create the result. Raise the bar for your mind. 5 minutes a day on Deepstash. 📲

I can’t bear listening to Jess Wilson’s voice, it’s like nails down a chalkboard. Not to mention her “Karen on steroids” personality. Also don’t trust anyone whose eyes are so close together. 🤮 #auspol @abcnews @LiberalVictoria @News24Aust #abc730

The film @elonmusk would rather you didn't see is now on Apple TV. It earned three Critics' Choice nominations and a 97% on Rotten Tomatoes before TikTok permanently suspended the film's ad account. Elon and his billionaire friends are trying their best to bury this film. See it for yourself now.  tv.apple.com/us/movie/musk/u…

Victorians need to remember how the Liberals treated us and cheated us out of infrastructure funding, Covid payments etc. And here’s the thing: Not one Liberal MP or Senator stood up for Victorians. State or Federal, instead they cheered this on. They haven’t changed.
Victoria was neglected by a Prime Minister from Sydney After six years of missing out on its fair share of federal infrastructure funding under the Morrison/Frydenberg government, the contrast is clear: the federal government committed less than $5 billion, while the Andrews Labor Government invested $42.5 billion directly into Victoria.
