Step back, let young people play
Let them learn, make mistakes, express themselves and enjoy the game
Respect the officials. Focus on development, not just results. Give everyone the chance to play
Results are forgotten. How you made people feel is remembered forever.

The journey starts before kick-off
Keep it positive. Build excitement, not pressure
On the way home? Talk about the memories, and the fun
Every journey through football should be a positive one. Let’s create the right environment for players to learn, grow and enjoy the game

Remember when you played
Remember the fun
Remember the freedom
Remember how you felt when someone shouted at you from the sideline
Take a deep breath today
Step back
Let them play
Respect the game
Enjoy the moment
Sometime the best thing we can do from the sideline is nothing
