Payments infrastructure should expand reach, not complexity. $BKKT and @FireblocksHQ are expanding their partnership by integrating Bakkt's payments stack directly into the Fireblocks Network for Payments. For institutions, the result is access to new settlement corridors without changing the custody foundation they already rely on. Rough night across this industry. Solidarity with @cz_binance and the Binance team working through it. My teams at @Bakkt were up overnight as well, as I suspect most security and ops teams in crypto were. That's the job on nights like this. Issuers freezing, analytics firms tracing, exchanges coordinating, all within hours. That reflex is newer than people remember, and worth defending.

Everyone is running from neoclouds. I'm looking at the landlord. The bear case on CoreWeave $CRWV and the rest is real. Billions in debt secured by GPUs that may be worth half as much in three years, bonds yielding near 16%, and a handful of customers holding up the whole thing. But notice who carries that risk. The company that buys the chips. $BGDE doesn't. It owns energized grid power, 169 MW across four sites with a path to 266 MW, and the tenant brings the GPUs. Its Hood County JV signed an LOI with Tensor IQ for 7,748 B300s at a site that's already live, with about $546M of potential power-lease revenue over 15 years. In a cycle where everyone is short on power and long on debt, I'd rather own the plug than the chip. Management owns a big chunk of the company. It's tiny, it still burns cash, and the LOI isn't binding yet. Nov 5 earnings will tell us a lot. But if the neocloud shakeout happens (even in a less drastic way than the market is starting to price in), the survivors still need somewhere to plug in. This is how I’m playing the AI buildout.

The more I read about tokenization, the more I want to learn. Questions I'm currently asking as I am researching: 1. Where are the assets kept? 2. How does the money move? 3. When is a trade actually complete? Feels like we’re watching global markets change, and I’m curious to see how this develops. NYSE’s plans for 24/7 tokenized trading and DTCC’s July demo, which included companies like BitGo and Circle, are two examples I’ve come across first hand. $ICE $BTGO $CRCL dtcc.com/press-releases/2026…

$BGDE I love this market. Irrational moments in markets are always the most fun because they typically don't factor the teams that are on the ground executing ignoring their screams of the never ending bottoms. Eyes forward, plan in place. Can't stop, won't stop. @trading_chi @speednotcomfort
🔰 Texas Load House, Hood County. 🔰 17 MW live on ERCOT. Path to 74 MW of grid power. 🔰 Brownfield industrial site outside the DFW ozone nonattainment counties. On-site gas generation falls under PSD, not nonattainment NSR with offsets/LAER. That means no buying scarce emission credits and no strictest-in-class control mandates, so permitting is faster, cheaper and more predictable. Speed to power is the biggest bottleneck in AI infrastructure. 🔰 Pipelines and power infrastructure are already on site. Four transmission lines cross the south side and tie into three on-site interconnections. That's why it can move faster than greenfield projects, even with the current TCEQ pause. $BGDE

The printing press set information free. The internet moved it at light speed. Bitcoin does the same for value, across every border, every hour of every day. Gutenberg had the press. Bitcoin has miners. HIVE runs more than 2% of its hashrate, all on renewable energy.

Why isn't oil at $200? Because "someone" keeps dumping oil futures all night long, and the CFTC refuses to look into it. Heck, even when it's clear-cut insider trading, the CFTC has been told to "back off," and they did. bloomberg.com/news/features/…
Replying to @chrismartenson
If you could, is there a good tl;dr version of why the hell oil isn´t at $200 already? Not keeping up with the day to day any longer, but given the number of moving parts currently obfuscating the view, a better vantage point would be much appreciated. 🫣
