With the Coyotes recently having reached 1,500 shots on goal for the season, Stantec’s contributions have reached $15,000 for the season!

Ridiculously good outcome today - spent the holiday morning hiking up a chilly Pima Canyon and then cooked up maple-juniper-cranberry roast quail and pheasant with griddled apples and sage veggies / wild rice… dry brining the birds overnight and frying apples was something new!
Christmas Eve traditional meal? Osaka-style Okonomiyaki, the Japanese savory pancake so wonderful we named our cat Oki after it 🤣
