It's the summer holidays, which means that I have **two copies** of Primary Reading Simplified to give away.
Simply **retweet** this tweet for your chance to win a copy.
I will pick two winners on Sunday 17th August.
Good luck!
I did it 🥳 🙌 the hardest but most rewarding year so far! QTS and PGCE whilst teaching full time was a lot but I did it. I’ve had the best year and thoroughly looking forward to seeing what the future holds 🤩🤩🤩
I had the most fun today 🤣🤣 unfortunately they found their water pistols pretty quick!!
I hope they sleep well tonight! I certainly will 🤣🫠
My thank a teacher cards 🤩🤩 it was such a lovely idea with every member of staff receiving cards from the children (they got to choose who to send a card to )
Took children on a trip yesterday and came back to this note on my computer.
This person has started something now haha! Hit me with your best quotes so I can leave one for someone today please 🙏
I can’t wait until the class see this tomorrow 🤩
They did it 💫 amazing persuasive letters convincing our sad and unappreciated pens to return! Instantly regretted the pen quiting decision when I realised how much sharpening we had to do 😂😂
Summer 2 we’re coming for you 🌈 ✏️
Feeling lighter this morning after completing (and passing🙌) my final PGCE assignment. I have throughly enjoyed the year so far and am now looking forward to embracing and enjoying (with half the work load) the last 7 weeks of my first teaching year. Here’s to summer 2 🥰 ☀️
I appear to have completely gone left field in my PGCE assignments.
Research project on Pathological Demand Avoidance ✅ Presentation on premature birth awareness (finalising details). Endless rabbit holes later and I’m fascinated by both topics. Sleep is overrated anyway 🤣
So lucky to have been able to take the class to see the Bluebells. Visiting the woods links beautifully to our topic ‘Farming and our local area’ thank you @Gillybean1961 for allowing us to visit your beautiful land! Looking forward to more farm trips 🤩
Saw this this morning and nothing has resonated with me quite so much this year. So it is worth a repost for others incase you needed to be reassured. Sometimes the children need to know they are loved and wanted before they are ready to learn.
Have a good day everyone 💫

Another book review is in.
This was a lovely book and the children loved growing their own unicorn plants too!
I love how seriously the children took this book review. They had a long discussion about the possibility of extra characters!
