Q: What is the abnormal finding and what does it indicate? (hint: focus posteriorly)
A: Retrobulbar Spot Sign indicating a Central Retinal Artery Occlusion (CRAO)! This is seen in ~50% of patients with a CRAO and should prompt emergent Neurology and Ophthalmology consultation! Normal for comparison on right. #POCUS
