It's crazy to think that a family medical emergency and a global pandemic are not good enough reasons for @SouthwestAir to grant a travel extension to a family starting to struggle. WE WEREN'T EVEN pursuing a refund!
Before COVID, I insisted that all my business travel start and end with @SouthwestAir. But after COVID I will never fly Southwest again. At a time when we really needed it, they would rather rob us of money than give my family an extension on travel we just can't do right now!
