I am in shambles! 😭 😭 😭
I can finally talk about Mass Effect Universe.
Since Bioware closed I can now reveal that I was part of the Mass Effect Council, saw what BioWare was building, and provided feedback during development.
• Set 600+ years after the Reaper War
• You play as a customizable N7 agent
• Instead of being a walking gun rack, you're a cross between John Wick and James Bond
• Shepard's legacy preserved, regardless of your ending
• A galaxy divided into three major factions
• Humanity, Krogan, Batarians, and more allied together
• Council races forming their own alliance
• The Geth emerging as a third superpower
• A galactic Cold War instead of another Reaper style invasion with a shadowy adversary
• Geth-built megastructures
• Connections between the Milky Way and Andromeda
• Experimental technology implanted in you as a unique point of difference
• Hacking and manipulating the environment
• See through walls, identify systems, remotely trigger hazards and more
• Handcrafted missions like ME1-3
• But with Hitman-style freedom in how you complete them
• Brutal close-range executions
• Squadmates who can clash with each other
• Romance wasn't being sanitised
• Liara returns - now an incredibly powerful Asari Matriarch
From what I saw, BioWare was making Mass Effect for us, the fans, not for people who don't exist.
It looked incredible.
And now we may never get to play it.

I'm especially mad about Mass Effect but there is a special place in hell for killing Titanfall and Burnout.
The ones who say all this will be the main ones cheating or crash out at the slightest thing.
Didn't answer the text in 4 minutes? Didn't call them back in 15 minutes? Posting to social media but not texting back?
Crash out.
BioWare is closing and there will be no more Mass Effect.
I am not entirely sure shocked. I feel like there was a big fumble by the higher ops.
Sad day for gaming.

Due to frustrations with traditional cable, we put our elderly parent on a Fire Stick.
@Amazon @amazonfiretv can you please incorporate some kind of text and icon scaling on Fire Sticks so people born before 1950 can read the icons easier? Alexa can't do everything well.
The "taintnan."
Taintnan thang down there.
What is this part of the human body? @grok

A lot of the issue is people like to lay claim to people and put "No Limits" on community 🍑and 🍆 and that's just not how FWB works.
If you don't want to sexually access people your friends sexually access(ed), then don't. But you can't restrict them from accessing your FWB.
If I were a centaur, I would be upset if my junk was between my back legs.
Meat to the front for me, please.
This is also a use case for using your credit card for large electric purchases instead of a debit card or Pay In 4 because you can use the CC company's extended warranty process.

Neiman Marcus closed its downtown Dallas flagship yesterday. The store played a notable role in the history of desegregation in Dallas during the 1960s.
Previously, Black shoppers across the US could enter department stores, but they weren't allowed to try on clothes before purchasing without adhering to certain conditions. For instance, they had to try on clothes over their clothes, put on protective covers when trying on hats, or weren't allowed to make returns once they purchased clothes and brought them home. These policies stemmed from the racist fear that white customers would refuse merchandise previously worn by Black shoppers.
The downtown Neiman Marcus flagship was one of the first major Dallas businesses that broke with these practices. In 1961, the company desegregated its Zodiac Room, a swanky restaurant frequented by Dallas elites. Neiman Marcus later welcomed Black shoppers without restrictions. These victories were achieved through the efforts of Civil Rights activists, along with support from Neiman Marcus president Stanley Marcus, who was an early advocate for desegregation in Dallas. The Neiman Marcus store manager purportedly warned Marcus that he would ruin his business — and indeed, some shoppers closed their accounts — but he stuck with his decision.
At the time of the flagship's closure, the Main Street store had been open for 112 years.
