Been asked multiple times to give commentary on ‘Spygate’ and didn’t want to get involved, but I probably now feel like everyone who has had a long and proud association with #saintsfc - embarrassed and ashamed.

Agreed. It was compelling
Just watched Sir Gareth Southgate deliver The Richard Dimbleby Lecture 2025 on @BBCOne . It is utterly outstanding - superbly composed , brilliantly delivered , compelling , bold and true . Its really is what we pay our licence fee for . You can watch it here . . . bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m0…

Felt out of sorts yesterday, shivers throughout the night with high temperature and today it feels like a two tonne truck has run me over.. Covid test is negative though… Dog is just the perfect companion. Fingers crossed it’s gone by tomorrow - whatever ‘it’ is -
Really pleased for the club, especially the players and manager. I shall miss ‘championship’ football though…. #SaintsFC
