To tell you the truth, I didn't feel like we were really informing the public here. Find NPR's stories at the links below, and my stuff at training.npr.org

I was laid off @NPR as part of the massive cuts. I loved the i-team and wanted to stay for years, but here we are. Please let me know if you're looking for a multimedia, bilingual reporter w/ experience investigating environment, healthcare, tech, immigration & criminal justice.

(Posting with permission) NPR is losing amazing talent this week. Among them, 3 fantastic folks on my team: Taylor Ash @ekinslow @BrendanCrump3. As podcast coordinators they supported show runners with everything that needs to happen for podcasts to thrive. You should hire them!

As a former international correspondent, I've longed to hear someone reinvent and reinvigorate the craft, and it seemed to me you were doing that with @Roughly. This is such a blow.

NEWS! Imagining NPR without Sylvia Poggioli veers toward the impossible. But after 41 years, Sylvia says, “It’s time to hang up my headphones.” Before she leaves, she will be joining Scott Simon on Weekend Edition on March 25 for a farewell interview. Tune in!

We talked a few weeks ago about doing a piece with just scene tape and standups. Last night, I encouraged her try with the tape she gathered yesterday. The result was the most powerful piece of on-the-scene reporting I've heard on our air in a while!

Hey! @NPR's climate desk is hiring a climate and health reporter. Your dont need audio experience. Can be remote in the US. Just need a clear, ambitious vision for covering all the ways climate change affects human health. Bad asses, come work for us. boards.greenhouse.io/nationa…
