I want to feel hopeful about the future we’re building with AI. There’s a whole world of interfaces waiting to be invented - new ways to visualize what AI is doing, bring our own perspective, and shape the world together. We’d love to see more people imagining and building in this direction. Today we’re open sourcing AgentPlayback, a small design exploration for others to play with and build on.

Today We’re Launching @slashymail Slashy is the new era of email, the era where everyone gets their own assistant. By the time you open Slashy at 9am, it has already: - Sorted the important emails from the noise - Drafted replies that sound like you, not slop - Flagged the threads needing a follow up - Prepped you for every meeting Set it up in 5 minutes and start saving an hour a day at slashy.com

If you have ever wanted to build an "AI chief of staff," I strongly recommend giving @jerryliu's Dayflow app a try. It captures what you are doing throughout the day and gives you visibility into how you are actually spending your time. While they offer a paid cloud version, it's also OSS and you can run your own LLMs for privacy. I've personally hacked together many attempts at a tool like this and they have made some really great decisions in its implementation.

We've been thinking about the best way to use screen data for a while now. After 500k hours of beta use, we're launching Dayflow: the open source automatic work journal. One of my favorite @rabois-isms: the best predictor of success is how well you allocate your time. But nobody actually knows where it goes. Memory lies, calendars only show the plan. Dayflow shows you the truth about today so you can be intentional about tomorrow.
Chronicle is an experimental feature giving Codex the ability to see and have recent memory over what you see, automatically giving it full context on what you're doing. Feels surprisingly magical to use.

Dayflow was built to be local-first, private and LLM agnostic. You can use local LLMs, or bring your ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini sub. It's open source (6k+✨), so you can adapt it for secure personal and enterprise use. Check it out at dayflow [.] so

We just launched Tinycloud into public beta 🌥️ It’s an AI agent for video work. It sees everything in your videos (transcripts, audio, visual context, on-screen slides, speaker patterns, and more) so you can query and make artifacts from them. Think Claude Code but for doing work across your videos. Try it and show us what you create → tinycloud.cloudglue.dev 🧵

o3's reasoning traces cannot be trusted at all. i ask a question in english, the reasoning trace states that it will answer in english and then it responds in spanish.

i used to think founders were pussies for not publicly calling out investors for bad behavior. now that i'm in those shoes i lowkey get why no one actually does it.
Just found out that a VC firm that booked a demo and faked a use case was just trying to steal info about our company for their portco If you're that low integrity or just that useless I wonder why anyone would want to have you on their cap table You know who you are

anyone getting good results from devin? gave it an empty repo and a ui to recreate. $50 and 4 hrs later it generated 71(!) files, none of which came close to recreating the ui.
