He spent his career celebrating Louisville’s legends. Now, he’ll take his rightful place among them. On Jan. 2, we’ll honor Kenny Klein with a permanent place in the rafters of the KFC Yum! Center. We love you, Kenny. ❤️ More Info: uofl.me/4sdE6uI #GoCards

Figured Kenny Klein’s funeral would be crowded, and it was. Did not expect to see former Louisville mayor Greg Fischer and former UK athletic director Mitch Barnhart.

All of your favorite current and former SIDs did similar, Coach. We will miss the heck out of Kenny Klein. He lived the best, fullest life. We’re all so lucky to have loved him, and we’ll help take care of Donna, Alex and Brady. The Klein Family is one of our own. 💗

And comforting to see just how many stories and wonderful memories were shared. Always good to see @ByPatForde in good times and tough times.
A touching, funny, wrenching tribute by Rick Pitino to a great man. Incredible turnout over the last two days to honor KK. People came in from everywhere.

I don’t know where else to share this so leaving here. Kenny you were the best of the best. He cared so much for his profession and Coach Pitino but so much more for his family. You’ll be missed by so many I’m sorry you didn’t get more time with those grandbabies you adored

Saying goodbye today was painful, but Coach had beautiful, poignant and even funny words to share to ease the pain for all of us just a bit. Honored to forever be part of this picture and post, and we will continue this annual dinner in Kenny’s honor as long as we can.
His Instagram account only has one post. No surprise, cause It was never look who I'm with or where I've been. It was always about others. Humble, hard working, considerate, altruistic, respectful, and loyal. He loved everyone and respected everyone. RIP my great friend!
