Byrne confirmed they know the image swapping & vote manipulation happens DURING transmission from the tabulator to central count. He was very specific on timing. After 100 ballots are fed into the tabulator, the code aggregates the vote & compresses the data & encrypts, waits 15 seconds & then transmits to central count. In 8/10ths of a second, clone script within the transfer function runs, that changes the aggregation & alters the images. Thus, the man in the middle time discrepancy I found in Maricopa & Pima data between county transmission & SOS publication. He has told us before that the place where the vote was cast, has the accurate count. That tells me Hegseth’s team knows what to expect, where to look & what to capture. Remember Clint Curtis capturing the ballots before & after tabulation & they matched? Doesn’t mean they were counting legit votes. Only that the scanner operated as intended. Your vote is nothing but ones & zeros. They leave artifacts & can be captured & tracked. Hegseth told us EVERYTHING will be captured. 2. The very Top echelon of our government have understood for two months China is inside the machines (BIOS chips programmed by China) Hegseth & team are going in this with a clear plan. 3. “maybe what they do is let the other side commit themselves… then they stop & count the actual ballots… they will find a 7-10% discrepancy…sometimes more” Sounds like Trump will let this play out & catch them in the act. Ramirez was on the same adjudication server all day inserting flash drives - not to update one computer - everything is connected 3. Multiple people were inserting flash drives in that computer all day - alone in the room! 4. The keys to everything in the tabulation building are to be locked & a log maintained. That drawer was not locked and MULTIPLE people were seen access the keys throughout the day. 5. The port blockers were not properly locked as required after L&A 6. Any changes made to the system must go through the SOS who must sign off that the change was necessary, exactly what was done, & that it was certified. In 2022 when changes were identified, this paperwork was not provided. 7. @azjustinheap & staff have NO access to this room. 8. The “live feeds” the BOS provides times out every 26 seconds - you can only view 4 at a time & they time out - so much for transparency. In Lakes trial the BOS learned that WTP were recording those feeds. If you recall, I pointed out before that when Richer was still around they moved cameras so you cannot see what anyone was doing on the computer (adjudication & signature verification) Not in this clip: the county attorney contacted Shelby & wanted to know her source. Obviously, she did not give it to them. This problem is WAY worse than initially reported (one guy one time). No, it’s Ramirez all day & multiple other people, with chain of custody broken & security logs not maintained. This is completely unacceptable. “Security & protections” have been completely obliterated. An L&A,which experts have said can be manipulated, will not suffice.
