You can’t allow people to opt out instead you have to make them realize you believe in them through your words and your actions. This doesn’t mean you can’t hold them to high expectations. It means you give them the support to reach those high expectations. @BMSatRSD2
When people are allowed to opt out it perpetuates a minimalist culture and breeds resentment among those who have to carry the load. #Culturize #ExpectExcellence
Create an environment in your class that makes the Ss feel connected and know they are capable. @BMSatRSD2

Pondering…If Ts are the difference b/w today and tomorrow, should we spend more time training our Ts. I mean really looking at what the teacher needs to go from average to excellent and providing PD for them. Won’t that benefit Ss more? @BMSatRSD2 @casas_jimmy
