Just had to ask ChatGPT to write a poem about NAIAC :)

FYI, here's the NAIAC draft report: ai.gov/wp-content/uploads/20…

Interesting discussion right now at @BrookingsInst of National AI Advisory Council (NAIAC) members re: their first report that was just released. #NationalAI

#NationalAI Question: What tools and policies can be used to limit or eliminate the misuse of #AI?

@WeatherAnchor - You said the Yosemite fire-fall off Glacier Point was discontinued in the 1920’s - but not so! It was still done in the 1960’s!! :)
Education equity came alive for me this week listening to @dr_farima speak at @CSMP_Network #LeadLearn23 summit. Never heard her speak? Listen to her describe her lived experience poem (via TEDx):

I’m a G5 teacher in Istanbul - I have learned so much about maths teaching from your website and your books. My teaching partner and I couldn’t do what we do without your inspiring, helpful and useful work. Thank you so much! #protectProfboaler

Teach children how to think. Fall in love with teaching math. Ask why that answer more often then what is the answer. Thank you @joboaler for helping me be a better maths teacher. #protectprofBoaler
“Jo Boaler should not be fighting alone. Attacks upon her are really attacks upon all of us who believe in the quality of math education that, at bottom, is a fundamental right for every student…” via @Mathgarden #ProtectprofBoaler @joboaler

@RogersHelps - Here’s an idea to make critical wireless access more robust: Work with smartphone mfr’s to allow customers to connect to other carriers’ signals. If we could have connected to the Telus signals nearby, life would not have been so tenuous…
@RogersHelps - More details: We are AT&T customers who roam while visiting Montreal. Whenever the Telus signal was stronger, our phone would switch to Telus and work. During a one-brand outage, customers need to be able to manually choose which signal to connect to!!
