Today would have been the first @TADLive20 show of the year in Venue Cymru, now Ysbyty Enfys. Lockdown and social distancing is still essential for us all to stay safe. Sad times, but after every storm there is a rainbow #StayPositive_StaySafe

Today would have been the day we launched our #TADLIVE20 shows at Venue Cymru in #Llandudno. We have had to make the difficult decision to postpone this event until the 18th September.
We just wanted to say thank you to everyone for your support during these difficult times.

This weekend I will be limbering up to walk 26km... respecting social distancing of course, some of it is even uphill.....#twopointsixchallenge
I am doing this to hopefully raise money for @AutismDirectory who plug the gap in national services and who are a lifeline for so many people.
To ensure that they can continue to offer their services please donate what and when you can...and maybe pass me some suncream! It will be a warm one this weekend.
