A 21-year-old #Brampton man is raising money for cancer treatment in the US after his stage 4 colon cancer stopped responding to chemo. Taye Hastings was diagnosed in June at 20, with the cancer already spread to his liver, stomach, kidneys and lungs. After surgery and six rounds of chemotherapy, he says doctors told him it’s become resistant. He’s now hoping to raise $550,000 for personalized treatment at a clinic in Arizona. “I’m not ready to give up on this fight,” he told NOW Toronto.
