Ufff - when simply checking a credit card balance involves being FORCED to download an app, set up new access details, get a text auth code, put in auth code, only for "something's up - please try again later". Lousy #ux @VirginMoney - please try harder

Oh my heart!!! @marcella_golan your book is just lovely xx
Here’s a few examples of the brilliant work that our @RecPleasant children, both at home and in school, have produced following our Zoom call from Author @marcella_golan. She read her book, @letsgosayhello and we thought about all of our home countries @PleasantStPrim

Support the wonderful @LittleVillageHQ to make sure 1000 children get a gift this Christmas (and while you're there have a look around the website - recently revamped by the very talented @jillycross from the Glimpse Collective❤️)

🎁 Buying a £15 gift voucher from our online shop ensures that a family is able to buy their child the perfect Christmas gift. Help us reach our target of buying 1000 children gifts this Christmas: littlevillagehq.org/christma…

Anyone know who does the #ux for the @santanderuk #caterallen online banking services? Just want to put them on a "no hire" list... The sheer pain of this new design is REAL... #badux #callme

Getting to the point where instead of ordering take away, I just want to pay someone £35 to cook the food in my kitchen. #tired #whataweekend
Yeah I'm totally retweeting this... #dreamteam
Just getting started on our web development with @jillycross and @rossmusgrove today and can I just say - I LOVE doing web UX redevelopment.

Replying to @mayorofhackney
@mayorofhackney I would prefer to talk privately than on a public forum like this however I only have until 21st April to make my objections and y experience suggest that there is no way I can get an answer from @hackneycouncil in good time for that

Now, my family is being asked to pay £2,757 for an intercom system that will be installed into my neighbours' homes. Not ours. Myself and my elderly neighbour are being charged 3 x more than the homes that will actually get the system because we have 3 bedrooms, they have 1

Tell me, in this current situation where budgets are restrained and we all have to work harder to make ends meet, why NOW is @hackneycouncil spending in this manner and demanding that leaseholders also spend in this manner. It's unethical.
Dear @HackneyAbbott - last year, @hackneycouncil charged my family £1,800 for lighting system to my building that they are now planning to remove part of because it's not fit for purpose...

@HackneyAbbott I will email you - but all efforts to discuss this so far in a sensible and adult way have failed. I've even been accepted onto the @hackneycouncil RLG but am yet to get an invite to my first meeting with them

For the record, we're being asked to pay 3 x more than the residents that will benefit from the new intercom system
When is @hackneycouncil housing going to review their financial, procurement, and project management system so that it suits the needs of those that fund it.
Now, I have a letter from @hackneycouncil asking my family to agree to paying another £2,757 this year for an intercom system that my family won't be able to use
