WOrking with a client on the WP site. flat site with a few forms. Their WP agency is being "difficult" and not allowing us access to fix a few forms for a campaign. We have to go through their ticketing system so they can justify their existence and fix things they should have done months ago. The agency doesn't know but the client is moving to Astro because of shite like this.
