something abt the conscious decision being made to write the entire cast as unmistakenably white is just really interesting to me. u got a man described as caucasian, a lady who goes by ivory, a blonde slav and a guy who went to oxford in the 1900s

im not saying thats a moral failure per se, but i do find it important to examine ones internal biases and the reason why these decisions have been made, consciously or otherwise, to write a cast of fictional characters who's appearance wouldn't have mattered in any way
