I haven’t been on here in forever, it feels a bit weird to say now that 6 months ago I left the classroom. Getting to know myself outside of my identity as a teacher has been a joy. No big announcement, just thought I’d share.

Watching bake off with a teacher hat on, if you’re consistently disappointed with majority of the group’s performance the problem surely isn’t that they’re no good, it’s that the feedback you’ve been giving them clearly isn’t helping and you’re setting unrealistic expectations 🤔
