É mto hit, não tem jeito
Narnia’s first trailer has racked up 481 million views in its first week, surpassing the view counts for Barbie, Project Hail Mary, and The Super Mario Galaxy Movie.
Meanwhile, NarniaWeb polls show mixed reactions to the trailer, though 70% of respondents say they’re still likely or certain to see the film in theatres next February.
The trailer’s release has also coincided with a boost for C. S. Lewis’s books, with The Magician’s Nephew reaching No. 3 in Amazon’s Kindle Children’s Classics category and The Horse and His Boy and The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe also reaching the top 20.

If social media had been a thing when the LOTR movies came out and word leaked that there was no Tom Bombadil, you people would have stormed Peter Jackson's house and skinned him alive.
There are serious logistical flaws.
For example, The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe occurs during WWII in the 1940s. Peter, Susan, Ed, and Lucy Pevensie flee London for the country because London is being bombed by Nazis.
This is a huge plot point and shapes how the characters interact for the rest of the story.
It is impossible for Digory to have lived in the 1950s, because he built the wardrobe which Lucy climbed into. It’s made out of Narnian wood, which is why it becomes a portal between two worlds. Digory grows up to be the eccentric professor who the Pevensie children take shelter with during WWII.
The era change completely upends the entire series. I don’t understand how anyone familiar with the source material could make this kind of mistake.
