Several years ago, when things were bad as they are now, I made a comic about art and community in the face of hate. Today feels like a time to reshare. 1/5

No matter how scary the world becomes, all you need is one ring.
Don’t ever give up.

It’s Election Day. Please vote, as the outcome is personal for me.
If Trump puts a 60% Tariff on imports from China, Cocoa Press would go from $1,499 to $2,400
That might be a moot point if I can longer get healthcare as Trump has promised to ban HRT for trans adults

Trump is going to lie tonight. A lot.
So we are going to fact check him in real time.

Well it's official. Assuming I did everything correctly, I have a hotel and a flight to get me to #smrrf

As you may have heard, criminals have claimed to have stolen the social security numbers of most Americans (2.9 billion records).
Here are actions you can take as an individual:

One of the lessons I learned from Toni Morrison’s work is that racism, at its core, is an incoherent world view that “feels crazy because it is crazy” as she said in one interview. Watching Elon and right descend into increasingly bizarre territory I’m reminded of that. 1/x

I maintain my opinion that it’s transphobic to see a trans person do a bad thing and start misgendering them because “they don’t deserve to be treated well.”
It implies our identities are a privilege you’re all granting us that can be taken away. That isn’t allyship.

Today, I signed the forms officially declaring my candidacy for President of the United States.
I will work hard to earn every vote.
And in November, our people-powered campaign will win.
And this is why my profile picture is of me at 25. Six whole years ago.

I prosecuted sex predators. Trump is one.
I shut down for-profit scam colleges. He ran one.
I held big banks accountable. He's owned by them.
I'm not just prepared to take on Trump, I'm prepared to beat him.
Chiitan loves you. Absolutely based.

Yes! Transgender people are my precious family and I love them with the bottom of my heart.
Transgender people are less accepted in Japan than in the US, and people may look strange when they declare their identity, but I don't mind.
It's a small thing like people saying bad things about Chiitan, so it's not an issue.
It's far more important that transgender people all over the world "are able to enjoy life peacefully, being themselves, as a matter of course."
I will continue to send out messages to protect the rights of transgender people.
Please lend your support to Chiitan. Your voices give me energy.
I love you all. Please continue to be by my side.
