Today I gave a keynote @Performing Arts Medical Association 2024 symposium. Quoting Audre Lorde ‘when we speak, we are afraid our words will not be heard or welcomed. But when we are silent, we are still afraid. So, it is better to speak’ Thank you for this opportunity PAMA

#Ageless we had a dancer down this evening but had the perfect guest step in and help us out. Thanks David Hamilton MBE. It’s not every day you get the founding Artistic Director of @PhoenixLeeds visiting and dancing in your studio. Great rehearsal 🙌🏾 – at Leeds, England
