It's important to be clear: 'crisis' in this context does not necessarily mean disaster or tragedy. Rather, it means a transition or turning point. This isn't about doomerism and negativity. While the subject can feel overwhelming at times, we face it with realistic optimism.
This is the work.

2023 has been full of crises for me - in a good way. Lots of learning. Lots of decisions. Lots of turning points.
More on this is coming soon, but 2024 is already looking like one hell of a year.
