Creating a First Aid Kit with your children is a great way to cope with difficult days when you feel overwhelmed and things build up to bursting point.

ALT Illustration of a first aid kit with boxes to write in. Text reads: First Aid Kit. Help children write down the things they need to look after themselves on difficult days. They can then look at their mental health first aid kit when they feel overwhelmed and things build up to bursting point.
