My collaboration between brazil and Ireland was a stunning beef tomahawk from 481 in brazil, and a comfort dish of bacon & cabbage, and some roasted baby potatoes with charr’d rub & maldon sea salt – at Brazil
Brazil is an amazing country, amazing people, beautiful food, such a warm welcome culture
I was travelling to work for a week at fazenda churrascada to bring Irish food & Brazilian food together
I meet so many new people over the week which was incredible
