Pep Guardiola: “There’s one thing I’ve always done as a manager. Watch our last game. Spend 2-3 hours. Watch frame-by-frame, clip-by-clip, action-by-action. Every action from the opponents and ourselves. To see what we can improve. And I see ‘oh, there is a pattern we have to improve’. That makes me wake up in the morning ‘okay, this is what we have to work on so the team will be better’. I have to visualise the team will be better. ‘When we do that, we will be more solid, consistent, create more chances, concede less, win more games’. I terms of football, we can do better. The moment I feel it’s done, I can’t squeeze more out of the players, I don’t visualise I can do better. I’ll go home.” 🎥 youtu.be/pl1Yg8a9tX0
