Help with fraud? Hey @airbnbhelp or any other hosts - Can anyone help me? Airbnb put a $4500 “resolution payout” on my account in 2022 for a reservation that was fraud and not me - it went into another person’s account. Customer support verified the fraud / said it was “removed” but did not and Im still locked out from getting payouts. What’s really crazy is that rep somehow changed the payout from 2022 on their site to my name and account number - I have screenshots of everything as well as my bank statements showing no payments. So I talked to my bank and they informed me they have falsified financial transactions and I need to take legal action which is the last thing that I want to do. Every time someone sees what happened they close the case because they don’t want to deal with it and I have to start again (15 times now). Honestly I don’t want to take any other action I just want this resolved and to keep using the platform . Any way to deal with this? Every time I call I’m told it’s being escalated and then nothing happens. Anyone had a similar issue / action with them committing fraud / changing payout information?
