Update: Twitter HR is now telling everyone who does not sign the ridiculous new pledge they have resigned. Employment law does not work that way. You cannot deprive people of unemployment benefits and wrongful termination cases by saying that they resigned. Nice try though!

Pennsylvania Senator-Elect John Fetterman has arrived at the Capitol for new member orientation wearing a suit and tie.
Things do go away sometimes. @Twitter could go away. There was a wonderful magazine called "The Sciences", published by the New York Academy of Science, which blended first-rate art with cutting edge science. It was too expensive, and folded. But I think Twitter will endure.

There's simply too much money to be made, once Twitter is free of its obnoxious owner and the debt he's laid on it, for it to simply disappear. Someone will buy it, who knows how to run a social media company, and make it work.

Fun fact: At Theranos, the engineers HATED Sunny Balwani and would make up words just to see if they could trick him into using it. So, they kept using the phrase “crazing” until he confidently repeated it. Anyway, enjoy this Elno Tweet. No, this does not make technical sense.

Even if #Twitter (the company) goes bankrupt, that doesn't mean Twitter (the app) goes away. Courts use their authority to keep companies running to persevere valuable assets. Ideally, the petulant man-child and the Kingdom of Saud lose all their money tho.
