Excited to be in Utah next year!!!
This February we're getting together in Midvale, Utah, for a Theocast Weekender on the difference between law and gospel.
The law tells us what God requires. The gospel tells us what Christ has done. When we blur the two, the Christian life turns into an endless attempt to do enough. When we keep them distinct, we find rest in the finished work of Jesus.
If you've ever wished you could talk about this stuff face to face instead of through your earbuds, this is that weekend. I'd love to meet you there.

“Christ is enough, whether you feel strong or weak. The
sufficiency of Christ does not rise and fall with your emotional
state. It does not actuate with confidence, clarity, or calm. It
rests on something far more solid than feeling.
It rests on Christ Himself.
Paul anchors assurance where feelings cannot reach: ‘For I
know whom I have believed, and I am convinced that he is
able to guard until that day what has been entrusted to me’ (2
Timothy 1:12). Confidence here is not rooted in Paul’s
internal condition; it is rooted in the unchanging faithfulness
of Christ.”

Reformed pastor Jon Moffitt had never heard a sermon on “deliver us from the evil one” until he had to preach it himself.
What he uncovered led to stories of possession, a hidden UFO encounter, and a question the church keeps avoiding: what does Scripture say about the unseen world?
