In Tier 2 Last Orders is now 10pm and closed by 11pm, but alcohol can only be served with a substantial meal.
So how does that work? What time is food actually being served until?

This is interesting. How much cities spend on Christmas Lights.
- Glasgow the most generous, spend £420k a year.
- Barnsley the least, having Barnsley Chopped the budget to £6k (1/70th the cost of Glasgow)
- Dundee spends £1.27 per person on their lights; Barnsley roughly 3p!
