What's your goal? Glorifying Christ? Or is it something else entirely? Every Christian's goal should be glorifying Christ, and reflecting His glory.

Christian discourse increasingly resembles the combative, provocative nature of ESPN’s First Take, invested in conflict rather than the "whole counsel of God" (Acts 20:27). We've abandoned our first love – Rev 2:1-7 (5). This is a Christian → Christlike response. @pastorjgkell

Fellas, I'm on the council for @TGC and have written clearly on issues surrounding abortion and sexuality. And I'm certainly not the only author. I'm not sure why you'd suggest TGC doesn't speak about these issues faithfully. Let's honor each other and if there are ways we need to grow in clarity or faithfulness, let's do that in a way that brings light, not imaginary heat. Has TGC said unhelpful things in the past or posted articles that would have been better not written? yes Happy to chat off line if it would be helpful in any way. thegospelcoalition.org/artic… thegospelcoalition.org/artic… thegospelcoalition.org/artic… thegospelcoalition.org/artic… thegospelcoalition.org/artic… thegospelcoalition.org/artic… thegospelcoalition.org/artic… thegospelcoalition.org/artic…

Same. I could care less about this, but I don’t! Get it right! English, people! Do you speak it?!

Alright I hate being THAT guy but this is my pet peeve I think “I could care less” is the most commonly butchered phrase in the English language. Can you think of another phrase that people get wrong as often? It’s “I couldn’t care less”

The Chargers unwillingness to trade Mack at 0-7 is irresponsible. Not only should they trade Mack, they should fire Harbaugh, and trade multiple players, including Herbert, who has underperformed in key moments since his rookie season. They need their eye on the 2027-2028 draft.

With Street out for the season, the #Bears need someone to step into that spot in the rotation. I have to believe this move comes with @GrindSimmons94's recommendation. If he believes in him, I’m willing to, provided he’s willing to take ownership and mentor Elliott. #Beardown

Sources: The #Bears will workout former #Titans DT Jordan Elliott next week. Tennessee HC Robert Saleh has been an advocate for Elliott, who’s made 65 career starts while amassing 159 tackles, 11 TFLs and 5 sacks.

Unfortunately true, but conversely, in a healthy Christian church community, comforting? Consider Rom. 6-8; 2 Cor. 5:16-21, and Gal. 6:1-10. We're all sinners in need of grace, not competitors in righteousness. We're not called to condemn, but to restore each other in Christ.

This will be a post that you may find hard to believe. But it's how I ended up at the game. Here's the short version. Someone from Halas Hall reached out about this sticker. Turns out Ryan Poles saw it on Twitter, like you all did, and wanted some. Our stickers aren't for sale, not even to the Bears, but when Halas Hall asks, you might guess what I did. I sent a big Talley Brand care package, stickers for Poles and Coach Johnson, and even a Stranglehold license plate for Luther Burden's locker. I never expected anything for it. But they appreciated it, and invited my wife and me to Seattle with pregame field passes. We appreciate those who appreciate us, and it turns out the Bears do too. Wow. 🧡 I even handed Kevin Warren some FGB stickers. 💀 He smiled and said thanks. And Kyler Gordon got some Stanky Leg stickers. What a game. BIg thanks to the Bears. Damn. 🧡
