Worst experience tonight with a cancelled flight on @AmericanAir . A 2 hour 40 min standing wait to rebook, and 4 hour on-hold time for phone is no “customer service.” Doug Parker, make this right.
@americanair No hotel vouchers could be printed,no transportation voucher to get to a hotel to be given. Your rebooking agents are left helpless for hundreds of people. No refund options to choose another airline.Even the supervisor Maria said how ridiculous this situation was.
