Mark is one of the kindest, most giving people I know. Watching good people win is just so awesome.
When I started @Braze I didnt know what CRM was, how emails were sent, the concept of a customer journey, segmentation, personalization, or what exactly we should be calling ourselves.
I did know I wanted to build a platform where brands of all sizes can communicate with their customers across any device on any channel at scale.
I did know I wanted to build an awesome company. One where our customers loved partnering with us and our team loved to be part of.
This could not have come together without my co founders @billmag and Jonathan Hyman and everyone in between.
15 years in the making. From our first customer, to an IPO to $900MM+ in ARR. Mazal tov and Cheers to everyone that contributed over the years. There are too many to tag :)
Braze will always be part of me and its an honor to see its legacy continue with Salesforce.

Replying to @justinmast
@justinmast and the @electricplantco are taking a huge swing here and I truly believe this is Justin’s life work. So excited to see all the applications that can be built from their technology.
1/ Today we’re unveiling Bombadil, @electricplantco's foundation model that reads the electrical signals of living plants and turns them into a continuous view of their physiology.
Trained on 7M+ hours of plant electrical signal across 125+ species. That makes Bombadil the most species-diverse model of directly recorded electrical biosignals in existence. The animal equivalent would be one model that reads the brainwaves of blue whales, horseshoe crabs and fruit flies.

Wabi 2.0 is live!
personal agents are one person, one chat. but the parts of life that matter run on more than one person
Wabi is an agent you use together. you talk to it, it does stuff, builds the apps you need, and anyone can join the thread - your partner, your best friend, the preschool moms groupchat
school changes pickup time → Wabi updates the family calendar, everyone sees it.
a show you’d both love → Wabi finds a night that works, gets the tickets.
the trip everyone keeps talking about → Wabi picks the dates, builds the itinerary, books it
go start a thread with your people 👇

At the beginning of this year, big portions of @databricks started running on Genie. When finance started doing all their work with Genie, we noticed that they were combining Genie with a Live Cloud Spreadsheet called Row Zero. This combination is really powerful. We met the Row Zero team and were blown away. Today, we're excited to announce that we've agreed to acquire Row Zero. Stay tuned for an awesome experience of Genie + Row Zero:

very impressive bigscreenvr.com
Well deserved credit. I’ve always enjoyed working with, and the company of @davidtisch , @nkatragadda , and the team at Boxgroup.
Some of the earliest money in Cursor (the largest vc-backed acquisition ever) turned a $750,000 investment into a ~$1 billion return. @davidtisch and his midas touch at Box Group strike again! Great profile here of one of the best early stage investors who wins while going against the grain @agarfinks fortune.com/2026/08/26/david…

Lightyear just launched the first agentic platform for enterprise telecom.
AI agents automate RFPs and catch install risks earlier. Dispatch lets teams query network data, build custom reports, and navigate Lightyear in natural language.

Introducing @DeepgramAI Flux TTS, a text-to-speech model built for live conversation.
Voice AI is moving from demos to real customer calls, and the bar there is different. Text-to-speech needs to be able to handle the nuances of how we speak. Can it handle interruptions? A changed order? A string of numbers read off fast? Can it respond quickly enough, and sound expressive enough, to feel like a real conversation?
Flux TTS was built for exactly that. It tracks context across turns, adapts mid-call, carries natural expressiveness, and responds in as low as 80ms.
These are voices you'll want to have a conversation with.
Build with Flux TTS for free until September 12th: deepgram.com/product/text-to…
Also, I asked Flux about Flux. Hear what it had to say.
