You ever have one of those days where… everything clicked. You just woke up on the right side of the bed. Things felt effortless. Everything went your way. No resistance in your body. No static in your mind. The coffee tasted perfect. Every light was green at just the right time. Conversations just clicked. The sun even had a different feel to it… Well. Let me ask you this: What if that day wasn’t luck? What if it wasn’t a fluke? And you could engineer that? Because I promise you, despite what it may have felt like… it actually wasn’t random. If you zoom out, and ACTUALLY look, you’ll notice the chain of choices, thoughts, actions, that set it all in motion. Looking back—you can reflect and identify that there were certain things that you did, and certain things that you avoided… that set up the day to feel like that. Some of them may have been in your first moments after waking… some of them could have been from the night before. Regardless of when, the WHAT, was there. You gotta know your “ON LIST” Here’s your mission: I want you to PAY ATTENTION to those moments when you’re ON FIRE, and identify those KEY things you did that MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE MORE OF YOURSELF. And literally write those down as an explicit list. You don’t have to cross your fingers to have one of these days. You can engineer it. I myself know my ON LIST. And when I’m feeling in a funk? I look at my list and see what I’m not doing. And guess what. As soon as I start doing more of them? Everything suddenly clicks together again. Stop living by accident. Start living by design.
