Real businesses are coming on chain, and they're choosing to build on Bera. The next gen of builders are thinking about where they can consistently scale their revs, their LTV/CAC ratio, and capital formation ability. Berachain's Proof of Liquidity helps direct the network's resources to where they matter most - namely, in helping these applications win. It was great to get a chance to yap a bit about how I see the space maturing as a whole, and to tell the crowd at the Hack Summit about @Starglow_world, @InfraredFinance, @liquidroyaltyX and many more profitable apps that call Bera their home. Game plan here is pretty clear imo - Continue bringing top tier talent to the team (welcome @0xcarnation and @_AstroBera) - Work with @bgtfdn to ensure that there are clear guidelines and goals around governance, reward vaults etc, including the role/importance of $BERA in PoL - Support the Bera builders who've been here since day 1, and work with them to make Berachain into an incredibly welcome environment for builders (both old and new) - Double down on teams building distribution-driven businesses which are less correlated to macro whiplash + DeFi rates (ie. @puffpaw, @playwithOU, @narralayer, @usepawpass, @wai_protocol, @sukukfi) - Continue to bring new teams into PoL, especially those with robust + sustainable incentive bases built around hard assets (ie. @avalonfinance_, @SolvProtocol and @Bedrock_DeFi bringing BTC-adjacent incentives to Bera) - Encourage novel uses of PoL beyond passive liquidity to drive volume, fees, economic activity and usage as teams like @TheBullas_, @SX_Bet, @kumadotbid, @ramen_finance and others are exploring - Improve product UX (shoutout folks like @0xMop_ and @SwappeeFinance doing this proactively) especially around incentive addition + distribution for incoming reward vaults - Let the culture keep flowing, esp with teams like @steadyteddys, @TheBullas_, @eatsleepyeet, @berabaddies, @Bera_Land, @The_HoneyCast, @cave_off and many others contributing - Refine messaging + "bite sized" versions of Berachain and PoL as a whole, iterate with feedback - Keep building the shit that matters.
