The searches are overly intrusive, go over and above MoJ guidelines, and take so long that it's a genuine debate whether leaving to get lunch is worth it.

Last week my trial was adjourned because there was no heating in the court. Today 2/4 courts at St Albans are not sitting due to lack of heating.
@CEOofHMCTS and @DominicRaab need to get their house in order before they start criticising barristers for causing a backlog.
