Great to be on the panel at the @hypurr_co event with fellow builders, representing @Outcomexyz. Watching the Hyperliquid community grow from a small group of builders into a full ecosystem that institutions are now paying real attention to has been fascinating. HIP-4 is only accelerating that, and it is exactly why we chose to build Outcome here.

NFL Sunday brought reported daily notional-volume records for Kalshi and Novig. Novig crossed $100M for the first time. Plenty of trading, though those contracts settle quickly.
Kalshi and Polymarket both added OI through fresh legal trouble.
Limitless had the biggest percentage gain on our list. Its recent product addition: NFL games in packs, introduced on Sep 21. A possible contributor.
@predictdotfun launched 15-minute stock markets and expanded maker rebates, yet OI fell 16.4%.
HIP-4 was almost flat. Jeff announced plans to double both active-market and daily deployment limits per builder in the next upgrade. More room to launch markets; demand still has to follow.

We published the details of Liquidity Rewards v2.1 today. The first program helped us launch permissionless markets on HIP-4 and reach $23M in volume in two weeks. The new one is built to bring real depth into the books: half of every reward dollar goes to market makers whose orders get filled, budgets are published per market, and scoring starts 15th of September.
