Backpack and SK Securities are partnering to expand global access to Korean equities. The partnership combines SK Securities’ institutional expertise in Korea’s capital markets with Backpack’s global reach to bring Korean stock trading to eligible investors through the Backpack app. Building on our existing U.S. securities platform, the partnership also lays the foundation for collaboration in tokenized securities and real-world assets, connecting established capital markets with blockchain-based financial infrastructure. Another step toward a single globally regulated financial marketplace.

🚨JUST IN: @toly reacts to @bulktrade's announcement that it is no longer a @Solana DEX, saying applications must run directly on Solana’s L1 to be considered part of the network. “That’s why I am a pita about supporting anything that’s not directly on the Solana L1.”

thats what I'm talking about
Introducing the Backpack Market on Kamino. Kamino is expanding loans backed by tokenized equity on Solana with @Backpack Securities, bringing 1:1-backed, redeemable tokenized U.S.-listed equities directly into onchain credit markets.

🎣 3 Years of Bringing Solana to Japan’s Bass Fishing Industry — BCL 3rd Anniversary Web3 is more than tokens and DeFi. We’re Blockchain Lures (BCL), a Japanese fishing tackle brand that has spent the past 3 years connecting real fishing products and everyday consumers to Solana. Through our BCL app, anglers can mint NFTs on Solana for physical fishing lures they purchase. We’ve also introduced Solana-based NFT warranties for fishing rods. But here’s where it gets interesting. Anglers can purchase fishing lures through our online store, manage them as NFTs in the BCL app, and turn their real-world catches into NFTs as well. This creates a connection between the products people buy and the fish they actually catch. It allows us to see which anglers are catching the most fish with specific lures — and helps manufacturers identify their most loyal, actively engaged customers. We’re connecting real products, real customers, and real-world experiences through blockchain. Today, our app has over 4,300 registered users, and our fishing tackle business continues to grow. We’re not just building a Web3 project. We’re manufacturing and selling real fishing products through our own online store and fishing tackle retailers in Japan, while bringing blockchain technology into the hands of everyday consumers. We’ve also collaborated with leading Japanese fishing tackle manufacturers on exclusive products and joint events. Our NFT system already supports products from other fishing tackle brands, not just our own. For our first two anniversary tournaments, we partnered with Superteam Japan as co-organizers, awarding SOL prizes with support from BITPOINT. This year, we took another step forward by awarding JPYC as prizes at our third-anniversary tournament. Our next goals are to reach 10,000 app users, grow annual revenue to ¥100 million, and bring blockchain technology to even more real-world products. We believe mass adoption starts when blockchain becomes part of everyday products, services, and experiences — even for people who know nothing about Web3. Starting with bass fishing, we want to demonstrate how Solana can create real value for businesses and everyday consumers. Three years down. We’re just getting started. @solana @toly @SuperteamJapan

Akash was built on one belief: the cloud should belong to everyone. The Akash core team believes our next chapter is on Solana, where the DePIN movement thrives. This is your network, so you decide. Vote on Prop 346: mintscan.io/akash/proposals/… Why Solana: akash.network/blog/why-we-se…
