2️⃣ The prices between its own units are set internally, where nobody can see them.
3️⃣ The buyer can't tell where the money ends up.
Live Nation checks all three.
Ticketmaster sells tickets for venues and promoters that compete with Live Nation's own. The fee split between them is never disclosed. And the fan paying $90 in fees has no idea who's keeping it.
