Feature-level documentation is criminally underrated.
I've a simple approach. I add a .md file inside every feature folder detailing:
• Why & User story
• Technical approach
• Future scope
It takes 10 mins to write but saves days of onboarding and handoff confusion.
Never go from Idea to Launch.
Instead, sort out your distribution first.
Ask, how you're going to reach-out to them, why they're going to use your product and when they are going to pay you.
Idea gives your excitement but failure in distribution gives you sorrow.
Hard-won.
