Hopping on this trend! My 9 anime, manga and video games that shaped me!
I tried to only pick stuff I grew up with, with the exception of demon slayer under the manga category- I just love that manga so much even if it wasn't one that I grew up with 🩵
What the actual fuck is this tone deaf “context” that was added to this post? Pole dancing exists outside of sex work, we just associate it so heavily with it because of its connection to the sex industry, but pole dancing itself absolutely exists outside of that.
And, more importantly, being a succubus VTuber does not automatically mean you consent to being sexualized. Having a sexualized theme or aesthetic is not blanket consent, people.
PSA: Please don't sexualize me!!
Someone asked why I don't do NSFW content as a succubus vtuber. The tone they had was genuine confusion as if they couldn't understand why.
Here is my answer:
I DON'T WANT TO DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've also gotten weird sexual comments from people who say "Well you're a succubus, so I thought you'd be okay with it."
Um, that's not how consent works??????
If you're really curious on why I am a succubus, it's because I have friends and family who are sex workers who I love and support. I personally love sexual expression through music, art, and dance. But I currently don't want to create content about it. And who knows, maybe I'll do it in the future! But I'm a little annoyed at them trying to put me in a box and having this expectation for me.
Idk, am I being unreasonable about this? I'm just tired, man.
