Happy October 15th, or as I call it, First Harvest in Falling Stars. Thanks to everyone who's made our little movie a part of their Spooktober list of movies, and thanks to the @Tubi fans who made it one of its most popular new horror titles!

😄 Prague has found the perfect use for Putin — printing his face on dog-poop bags
The idea came from Czech designer and humorist Tomáš Břímek. Part of the proceeds from the bags goes to support Ukraine through the Dárek pro Putina initiative — “A Gift for Putin.”

It’s fine to eat the popcorn that rises above the top of the bag before the movie starts, that’s the Baron’s Delight. But you must be weary of digging too greedily into the popcorn inside the bag before the previews even end, that is the Duke’s Lament

Alternate reality where witches fall to earth like meteors on the harvest, NOAA radio alerts keep people inside, and three brothers have to drive into the desert to burn a witch body before they are taken.

John Carpenter has released a statement on the passing of Sam Neill:
"I'm heartbroken to hear about Sam. We made two movies together, and every day on set was better because he was there.
"He was one of the finest actors I've ever worked with and brought intelligence, wit, and absolute commitment to every scene, making every moment feel real.
"Beyond the talent, he was a true gentleman. Over the years, I was lucky to call him a friend and I always admired his generosity, curiosity, and quiet sense of humor.
"The world has lost a remarkable actor, father, farmer, and friend. Thank you, Sam, for your extraordinary work, kindness, and the memories.
"Keep laughing at the madness of it for all for us, wherever you are."
