Since Tucker Carlson acts as a sort of Kremlin spokesperson for Western audiences, these nuclear threats are just the usual posturing. What is really fascinating is how this kind of rhetoric shows just how badly the war is actually going for Russia

Well, it's true that I didn't write a *second* piece about Biden's pardons, probably because I was busy being appalled at Trump pardoning seditionists and rioters who attacked the Capitol and the US Constitution - as I feared he would: theatlantic.com/newsletters/…
Replying to @WildBillTony
Yes. He called Biden's December 2024 Hunter Biden pardon a "terrible idea," "dishonorable and unwise," and a "tremendous strategic blunder" in The Atlantic. No public record found of him raising similar questions about the January 2025 preemptive pardons for Fauci, Milley, the Jan. 6 committee, or other family members.

Elon claims Ukraine broke Starlink's rules by using it for drone strikes. But Ukraine was using Starshield, the military version of Starlink. The Pentagon had signed contracts with SpaceX to provide thousands of Starshield terminals to Ukraine. According to the Wall Street Journal and CBS News, Musk himself ordered the restrictions that disrupted Ukrainian drone operations. Elon is deliberately mixing up Starlink and Starshield to shift the blame.

OMSK IS BURNING! 🔥 Ukraine has just hit the Omsk oil refinery—Russia’s largest fuel production facility, located 2500 km. away from Ukraine’s borders. This is HUGE.

Elon said a few days ago that he did NOT throttle Ukraine’s StarLink access and today after getting thrown under the bus by the Trump administration, came out and admitted “ok ok I did do it but I had a good reason to do it.” Elon Musk is a corrupt liar.

Starlink taken from Musk and needs to be nationalized. It is a US Dept of Defense system. We paid for it. We own it. We should dictate how it operates.
Elon Musk: “Ukraine military violated Starlink terms of service and used it for offensive drone strikes to kill people. That loophole was closed last week” “Were Starlink to be turned off, the Ukrainian front line would collapse immediately.”

I'm sick and tired of Americans demanding that we babysit their toddler-in-chief, who, by the way, is unable to go two seconds without lashing out at someone.
Volodymyr Zelensky’s recent turn to denouncing Donald Trump for “weak” decisions seems based on a gamble that an electoral drubbing will soon weaken America’s president. That may be misplaced economist.com/europe/2026/10…

In the 1970s, a young Robert Prevost asked his mother if she wanted women to be equal to men. Mildred Prevost told him no, because “we’re already better.” She was a Black Creole librarian from a New Orleans Catholic family who sang contralto in her Chicago parish choir. Her son is now the pope. thelettersfromleo.com/p/the-…

Utterly disgusting filth, racist garbage
Trump pushes gutter racism: "The guy in Michigan is pretty bad too -- Mohammed, as I call him ... if you have any question about somebody from that part of the world's name, just call him 'Mohammed,' you'll be right 64% of the time."

Trump says his uncle "invented radar." Fact: Robert Watson-Watt patented it in 1935. John Trump was an MIT engineer who worked on radar during WWII—not the inventor. Lying about history to brag about bombing Iran? Pathetic. 🤡

In 3 days from now 🇮🇱Israeli PM Netanyahu will be voted out of office! He will stand trial in Israel for corruption after that. And in a just world will be flown to the ICC in The Hague for crimes against humanity!
72 hours until the election. Four years of fighting. Over 1,000 protests. Tonight, hundreds of thousands of Israelis took to the streets for the last time to say: WE ARE NOT OUR GOVERNMENT. In 3 days, Netanyahu will be history, like many tyrants before him. He and his racist, fascist clowns will face the courts on their way to jail, and Israel will belong to its people again. The insanity ends here. Israel starts the shift to a brighter future, and the rest of the world must follow! Video by Amir Goldstein

Why in the hell are the American taxpayers footing the bill for an attorney to represent Jared Kushner, @ChuckGrassley? Kushner is NOT a government employee. He has NO Security Clearance and has NEVER been confirmed by the Senate. This is theft of taxpayer funds.
Before publication, we sent Simon & Schuster a detailed 13-page letter responding to and categorically denying the extraordinary allegations made against my client, Jared Kushner, and challenging the total absence of supporting evidence. Vanity Fair has now published an excerpt amplifying these false and defamatory allegations. We have seen no credible evidence substantiating any of these claims, and we question what independent verification Vanity Fair conducted before publishing them. We intend to pursue legal action against those responsible and hold them accountable.

Hammer and sickle stands for the same evil and crimes as the Nazi swastika Anyone seriously thinking that hammer and sickle is a good idea just shows that their brain has been poisoned by russian lies
“Dear Italian students, who today take to the streets carrying flags with the hammer and sickle and wearing T-shirts emblazoned with ‘CCCP’,” began an open letter in Italian by Lithuanian expat Neringa Budryt. “I would like to ask you a question: do you truly know what the symbols you carry represent? And do you know what would have happened to many of you had you openly demonstrated in countries living under the oppression of communist regimes? Let me tell you something. It is easy to display a red flag when, for you, communism is merely an abstract idea of equality, social justice, and rebellion against the system. It is easy to wear a T-shirt with "CCCP" on it when you have never experienced the reality of a communist regime. We come from that part of Europe where communism was not a T-shirt, a symbol of rebellion, or a romanticized notion of equality. It was the system in which we lived—a system we never chose. We know the history of Soviet repression, Stalinist purges, the Gulags, and mass deportations. Above all, we know the word "Siberia"—a place to which thousands of innocent people were forcibly deported, simply for thinking differently. In Siberia—amidst freezing cold, starvation, and forced labor—many lost their lives; those who survived carried the scars of that experience forever. Entire families were torn apart, and generations were denied the chance to live freely in their own homeland. In the countries of the Soviet bloc, censorship, political police, surveillance, and the suppression of dissent drastically curtailed individual freedoms. We grew up in a system where state control permeated even our daily lives. At school, we were required to wear the red necktie of the "Pioneers." We were monitored; they tracked where we went and even whether we attended church. Even faith—a choice that should belong to an individual’s own conscience—could become a cause for suspicion. We used to celebrate Christmas with our windows blacked out, to ensure no one would see us and report us. Because it was forbidden—just like so many other things: jeans, rock music, and all the symbols of a Western lifestyle. My mother returned from a Soviet labor camp. And do you know what happened to her? She was barred from continuing her education because she had been labeled an enemy of communism. Under a communist regime, you could not protest. You risked arrest, imprisonment, interrogation, persecution—and, in certain historical contexts, even death. In the Soviet Union and other communist regimes, political dissent could cost you your freedom and your life. Demonstrations independent of the authorities were not a guaranteed right; they were often suppressed by force. That is why it strikes me to see young Italians proudly displaying the hammer and sickle—symbols associated with regimes that persecuted and imprisoned millions of people. Today, you are free to take to the streets, shout against the government, criticize institutions, and wave your flags precisely because you live in a democracy that grants you these freedoms. Under an authoritarian regime of that kind, protesting against those in power could have landed you in prison. This is not about denying the existence of social injustices, inequalities, or the right to fight for a better world. You are free to take to the streets to demand a more just society—but you should not idealize a system that denied so many people the very things you are free to exercise today: the right to choose, to believe, to speak, and to dissent. Before wearing a T-shirt with "CCCP" on it, listen to those who experienced that world. Talk to the deportees and their descendants; read the accounts of those who endured the gulags and forced exile to Siberia. Learn what it meant to be stripped of your freedom, your home, your loved ones—and even any prospect of a normal life—simply because of your background or your beliefs. Before waving the hammer and sickle, please, study history thoroughly.”
