Most founders waste 15+ hours a week on content that gets 12 likes and no inbound leads. Talent, strategy, and effort don't matter when you're stuck in the content grind. We built a system that handles everything - you approve in 30 minutes. A SaaS founder went from 20 to 340 visits/day after we took over.
Study why some founders have zero ad spend, a flood of inbound leads, and buyers who beg for more.
It's not luck. It's engineering their Twitter/X presence into a lead-generation machine.
Here's what we've observed after building brands for 50+ founders:
First, they stop posting randomly. Every piece of content targets their ICP's specific pain points. We map competitors, analyze what hooks work, and batch-create posts that resonate. For a SaaS founder, we increased profile visits from 18 to 420 a day in 60 days by focusing on problem-aware content.
Second, they build trust through consistency and depth. Not motivational fluff, but tactical insights that make prospects think, "These people get it." We handle the content calendar, so founders focus on closing deals. A consultant we work with now gets 10-15 warm inbound leads a week from content alone. Conversion rate from cold to warm: we improved it by 30% through targeted engagement.
Third, they optimize for conversion. Every post has a clear call to action, guiding followers to book a call or sign up. We engineer the funnel so that trust turns into revenue. One founder closed a five-figure retainer within two months of us taking over his content. He didn't write a single post.
Fourth, they use social proof. Testimonials, case studies, and client wins are woven into the content. We create posts that showcase results without naming names. This builds credibility and attracts similar clients.
Most founders are stuck spending 20 hours a week writing posts that get 12 likes. That's not a brand; it's organized noise. The algorithm doesn't reward effort-it rewards strategy.
When we take over, we research your market, craft the hooks, run the distribution, and track the metrics. You approve strategy in 30 minutes a week. Your only job: show up for sales calls and close.
Imagine reclaiming those 20 hours a week. That's 80 hours a month spent on closing deals, not crafting tweets. Our clients report 2-3x more sales calls booked within 90 days.
The result? More time, more leads, more revenue. Your Twitter/X becomes an engine, not a chore.
Stop DIY-ing your brand. Invest in a team that executes so you can focus on what you do best-growing your business.
We reverse-engineered 800 founder brand campaigns that generated 5,000+ inbound leads.
Here’s what we found works - so you don’t waste 6 months guessing.
1. Content that teaches specific tactics gets 3x more saves than motivational posts. Founders share what helps them solve a problem today.
2. Your profile is a landing page. If it’s not clear who you help and how, profile clicks won’t turn into leads. We optimize this for every client.
3. Consistency without strategy is just noise. We batch 30 days of posts in one session, but only after mapping your ICP’s exact pain points.
4. Engagement from industry peers matters more than likes from strangers. We target your competitors’ audiences to get in front of decision-makers.
5. Video isn’t mandatory, but authentic storytelling is. We script founder stories that build trust faster than any tutorial.
6. Follower count is vanity. Inbound leads are sanity. A client with 1,200 followers closed a $15K retainer because our content made him the obvious choice.
7. The algorithm rewards retention. We design hooks that stop the scroll and threads that keep readers engaged for 2+ minutes.
8. Linking out kills reach. We drive traffic through DMs and email sequences, not external links in posts.
9. Don’t game the system. Create genuine value. Our clients who focus on helping their audience see 40% higher conversion rates.
The goal isn’t to go viral. It’s to build a brand that attracts the right people. When we handled everything from strategy to posting, a SaaS founder went from 20 profile visits/day to 380 - and his pipeline filled without a single cold email.
A B2B founder closed $47K in new revenue last month. Zero cold emails. Zero LinkedIn DMs. Every deal started with a stranger who read his posts and booked a call.
Four months ago, he had 1,200 followers and posted whenever he felt like it. His pipeline was 100% outbound. He spent 10 hours a week writing posts that got 8 likes.
Then we built his content system. Three posts a week. Engineered hooks. ICP-targeted frameworks. Everything mapped to the exact problems his buyers search for.
Last month: 340 profile visits per day. 1,800 likes on a single post. Five inbound calls booked. Two proposals sent. One closed.
He's not an outlier. We've run this playbook across dozens of founders in the last year alone.
And the numbers confirm what we're seeing at scale. 72% of B2B buyers now consume peer content before ever talking to a vendor. LinkedIn data shows founders who post 3x a week get 5.6x more profile views than those who post monthly. And 68% of buyers say they chose a vendor because they recognized them from content - before anyone from that company ever reached out.
This isn't a trend. This is how buying decisions work now.
And most founders have zero presence in this system.
Most founders are still spending their time on channels that expire the moment they run. Cold emails with 2% reply rates. LinkedIn DMs that feel desperate before they're sent. Paid ads that burn budget and generate clicks, not trust. Conference networking that produces 30 business cards and zero follow-ups.
None of those channels compound. None of them create the moment where a buyer Googles your name, reads three of your posts, and decides you're the person they want to work with - before you ever know they exist.
That moment - when a stranger already trusts you before the first call - is what closes deals without outreach.
And the only thing that creates it is content built for memorability. Posts that teach something specific. Frameworks that make a reader think "this person actually understands my problem." Stories with real numbers that prove you've done this before. Content engineered to be remembered, not just seen.
Consistency without strategy is just organized noise. Posting five times a week with weak hooks and generic advice doesn't build trust - it builds invisibility. The founder with three strong posts a week outperforms the one churning out daily filler. Every time.
What builds real inbound: a founder brand designed around the exact pain points your buyers lie awake thinking about. A hook system that stops the scroll. A distribution strategy that compounds over months, not days.
When someone in your market has a problem, they don't open their inbox hoping a cold email shows up. They ask a colleague. They search. They scroll LinkedIn. They look for someone who already seems to understand the problem.
The founders who show up with real content in that moment don't compete for attention. They receive it.
This is what we execute. We research your market. We map your buyers. We engineer every post from hook to CTA. We run distribution. The founder's only job: approve the strategy in 30 minutes a week and show up for the sales calls that close.
That B2B founder? He now spends zero hours a week on content. His 15 hours went back into sales and operations. Revenue doubled in four months.
The question isn't whether founder content works anymore. The data settled that. The question is whether your brand shows up when your buyer goes looking.
Most founders spend 15-20 hours a week writing content that generates zero leads. By next year, an enterprise-grade system will handle all of it for a fraction of what they're already losing in opportunity cost.
Right now, founders face two bad options.
Option one: write everything themselves. This caps growth at their available hours - and a CEO squeezing posts between board calls produces content nobody reads.
Option two: hire freelancers who hand back a Google Doc and say "post this." No strategy. No hook engineering. No distribution system. Just words dressed up as content.
What's been missing is the ability to do everything - map your ICP, engineer hooks from what's working against your competitors, run the posting cadence, and convert attention into inbound leads - without the founder touching a single draft.
We built exactly that.
A SaaS founder doing $6M ARR came to us spending 14 hours a week on content. 400 followers. 11 likes per post. Zero deals closed from any of it.
Our team took over. We mapped 9 competitors, engineered 40+ hooks from their engagement data, built a 90-day content calendar, and posted three times a week - without him writing a word.
Within 60 days: 3,800 new followers, 1,400 average likes per post, 5-7 inbound leads per week. He redirected those 14 hours into sales calls and signed two five-figure retainers from content alone.
Every serious founder will run automated brand systems by 2026. The ones who scale are the ones who delegated before they had to.
The biggest hidden cost in your business isn't software or ads. It's the 15 hours a week you spend writing content that nobody sees.
We analyzed the content habits of 100 founders last quarter. Those who handled content themselves averaged 12-15 hours per week. Their posts got 15 likes on average. Profile visits? 40 per day. Zero inbound leads.
Founders who partnered with us approve strategy in 30 minutes a week. We map their ICP, write 30 posts, handle distribution. Their posts average 1,800 likes. Profile visits hit 380 per day. 8 inbound leads weekly. One client closed a five-figure retainer from content we built.
This isn't about writing better. It's about systems. Specialization. You're a founder. Your time is worth $500/hour on sales calls. Why spend it on hooks and hashtags?
The agency model isn't a luxury. It's math. For every hour you delegate, you get back five in revenue-generating work. Stop trading time for content. Trade money for time. That's how you scale.
This is the signal-to-noise filter for founder content. We apply it to every post: 1) What does this prove? 2) How do you know it? 3) Why does it matter? Insight - Evidence - Value. It bridges expertise to authority without the fluff.
Met a founder last year who was furious about his content. 12 likes per post. Zero inbound leads. He blamed the algorithm, stressed over every low number, and was ready to quit.
He was emotional. Frustrated. Seeing his expertise get ignored.
We work with founders like this. The issue isn't effort-it's emotion driving every decision.
We told him: "The data from your posts? That's the asset. Stop feeling. Start calculating."
We took over everything. Mapped his ICP, engineered hooks, built a content system. He approved strategy in 30 minutes a week and showed up for sales calls.
30 days later: 340 profile visits per day. 5 warm leads inbound. He closed a five-figure retainer from content alone.
He used to spend 15 hours a week writing posts that got ignored. Now, he spends those 15 hours closing deals. Revenue doubled.
The old way: emotional, inconsistent, exhausting. The new way: systematic, executed for him, compounding.
Emotions make you reactive. Systems build authority. That's how we bridge the gap between founder expertise and market authority.
By 2025, it will cost less than $4,000 per month to build a founder's market authority through systematic content engineering than it does to spend ten hours a week on DIY posts. The bottleneck isn't writing-it's the strategy that makes content work.
Most founders post consistently but get 12 likes and zero leads. Why? Because they're creating noise, not authority. We've seen this across hundreds of clients: without a system, effort compounds into frustration.
Our process starts with ICP mapping. We identify exactly who your audience is, then engineer hooks that stop the scroll. For a recent SaaS client, we analyzed 15 competitors, crafted 40 hooks, and posted a framework that drove 340 profile visits per day in 30 days.
The numbers add up. At 10 cents per thousand impressions, targeted content costs a fraction of cold outreach. But more importantly, time saved. That client reclaimed 12 hours a week-time he used to close a five-figure retainer.
And remember, content systems get 10x more efficient every year with AI advancements. So what costs $4,000 today might cost $400 in two years. But the founders who start now will have compounding authority.
Once the technical capacity for content engineering exists, the only thing between a founder and market authority is the decision to invest in a system that works.
How to build a brand that brings deals to you:
1. Content compounds. The post you publish today can still pull leads six months from now. One sharp idea, repeated, becomes a pipeline.
2. Credibility beats virality. 200 engaged reads from your ideal client beat 10,000 random views. The right people remember.
3. Don't chase the algorithm. Chase the one person who can sign a five-figure retainer. When they read your post and think "they get me," the deal is half closed.
4. A brand is built by repetition. We take one core idea and spin it into five angles until you own it in your niche.
5. If a post doesn't solve a specific founder pain, it's wasted. We write for one person: your ideal client.
6. Consistency without strategy is just organized noise. Posting daily with no hook theory doesn't move revenue.
7. The best hook is a specific number. "12 to 340 profile visits a day" beats "we grow profiles."
8. You don't need more content. You need more memorable content. Nobody quotes a generic post.
9. A 10,000-follower account getting 20 likes means the audience doesn't trust the founder. We fix that with proof and depth.
10. It's not about the post. It's about the inbound pipeline it creates. Every piece we write moves a prospect closer to a call.
11. We map 12 competitors' hooks so you don't have to. We know what works in your space before we write.
12. Your only job is approving strategy and showing up for sales calls. We research, write, post, and adjust.
13. Every hour you spend writing is an hour you're not closing. Our retainers buy that time back. That's the trade.
14. Authority is the sum of your frameworks. We build frameworks your niche quotes in their own posts.
15. Journalists don't quote lucky tweets. They quote people who've said the same sharp thing 50 times.
16. An inbound lead trusts you before they email you. Content builds that trust. That's why 5 inbound leads a week feel normal for our clients.
17. Cold outreach is fighting uphill. Content makes them come to you. One founder went from zero inbound to 5 in a week after 30 days of our system.
18. The math breaks for DIY founders. Your growth caps at your available hours. A system doesn't cap.
19. We've never met a founder who regretted handing off content. We've met plenty who regretted waiting.
20. When your content is undeniably sharp, competitors name-drop you. That's the quiet win.
21. One five-figure retainer from a single post beats 100,000 impressions from a throwaway meme.
22. "One day" costs you future deals. Publish today. Iterate tomorrow.
23. A content system built once works forever. That's compounding. Every post adds equity.
24. The longer your brand stays consistent, the more opportunities find you: keynotes, quotes, inbound.
25. Simplicity makes you memorable. Complexity makes you forgettable. We're ruthless with clarity.
26. The best content strategy is being in the conversation before the ask. We put you there.
27. You don't need to be louder. You need to be clearer about the problem you solve.
28. Show up for sales calls. That's the only heavy lifting. We'll make people want to meet you.
29. The size of the opportunities you attract equals the depth of the problems you solve. We solve that problem for you.
30. It's never too late to start building your brand. But the longer you wait, the more compounding you lose.
Casual scrollers don't become clients just because you posted a tip.
You spent 400 days grinding out content. 300 followers. 8 likes per post. Zero inbound. So you post harder. Same content, same results.
Here's what actually works.
Think of it like a high-end club. The bouncer doesn't let everyone in. He scans for the people who'll buy bottle service, tip the staff, and come back. Your content should do the same thing.
Most founders broadcast to everyone. They get engagement from bots and tire-kickers. We help you curate for the few who can write a five-figure check.
The move:
1. We map your ICP. Not 'founders' - the exact job title, the exact pain, the exact phrasing they type into Google at 2am.
2. We engineer hooks that hit that specific person like a jolt. Not clever. Sharp. A contrast their brain can't skip.
A hook without proof is a pickup line. You need both.
3. We layer proof. Every post builds on the last. After 3 weeks, the reader thinks: 'this founder understands my problem better than I do.'
4. We convert that trust into an inbound DM. 'Do you take clients?'
A client came to us with 1,200 followers and 12 likes per post. We mapped 12 competitors. Wrote 50 hooks. Tested 20. Posted 3x a week for 60 days.
The result: 4,500 followers. 300 profile visits a day. 5 warm inbound leads in a single week. He closed a five-figure retainer.
He didn't write a single post. His only job was approving the strategy and taking sales calls.
The difference isn't effort. It's engineering. Most founders see a casual scroller and think 'they'll never buy.' We see a buyer who hasn't been given a reason to care yet.
The same system has produced 3-5 qualified deals per month for our clients. Every month we run this exact playbook. Not by trying to sell. By making the buyer come to them.
That's how you turn a feed into a pipeline. Not with more content. With a system that makes the right people raise their hand.
About 7 months ago, a founder came to us ready to quit LinkedIn. He'd posted for 18 months. Twelve likes per post. Zero inbound. He'd given it everything-his early mornings, his weekends, his best ideas. And he felt invisible. He spent weeks questioning his worth. Then his mentor told him a story about a blacksmith who spent hours hammering raw ore, producing nothing but dents. The ore didn't change. But a master blacksmith first studied the metal, heated it, and shaped it with intent. The founder realized he'd been hammering without a strategy. He was a great salesperson, but content was a craft he refused to learn. So he stopped. He invested in a team that handled the entire system for him. We mapped his ideal buyers, engineered hooks that stopped the scroll, and wrote posts that made his audience feel understood. In 60 days, his profile traffic climbed from 12 to 340 visits a day. His phone started buzzing with message requests. He now closes 3-5 qualified deals from inbound every month-all from content, zero cold outreach. So if you've been posting for months with nothing to show, I'm sorry, but also congratulations. That's content. It just needs the right process. And the right team.
I don't think 'just post daily' advice will exist in 5 years.
Founders will realize that 10 posts a week won't move the needle if no one remembers you-consistency without memorability is nothing more than organized noise.
Why spend 10 hours a week writing content that gets 12 likes when you could spend that time closing deals from inbound?
You think I'm joking.
We took a consultant from just 80 followers to 4,200 in 40 days. He didn't write a single post himself. His profile visits jumped from 12 to 340 a day. He closed three five-figure retainers last month.
And this is the very hardest it will ever be to win attention. Most founders think they need to do the writing themselves-they don't. You approve strategy in 30 minutes a week and show up for sales calls.
When founders realize that attention is a system, not a talent, they'll stop burning hours on the algorithm and start investing in a team that makes them the obvious choice.
This isn't some pipe dream. It's happening in real time in our client accounts.
I say it'll take 5 years because most founders still believe they have to DIY their brand. Buying back time is the smartest trade they'll ever make.
Do this 15-minute exercise this weekend:
1. Open analytics.
2. List your last 10 posts.
3. Write your clients' top 5 questions.
4. Compare: which posts answer them?
5. Notice the gap.
6. Imagine a team that closes it.
Time to stop posting and start positioning.
We don't talk about this a ton, but now feels right: we took a founder from 40 to 320 profile visits a day in 30 days. He didn't write a single post.
This founder had 18 years of logistics experience. Built a $40M operation. His posts got 14 likes. His ideal clients didn't know he existed. Meanwhile, a consultant with zero operational experience posted daily and became the go-to name. Not because he was smarter. Because he had a system.
Those who say "keep posting, stay consistent, be yourself" have no idea what they're talking about. They live in a world where they think content is expression. It's not. It's an engineering problem. Hooks, ICP mapping, distribution. A founder's expertise is the raw material-it still has to be manufactured.
So we build the systems. Audience research, hook engineering, writing, publishing. The founder approves strategy and shows up for sales calls. That's it.
Do not tell me hiding your expertise is humility. It is waste. If you've built something worth knowing, the market won't find you because you're smart. It'll find you because you're visible.
We hope you do what's right: let your expertise be seen.
Thinking your brand is meant for more isn't delusional - but only if you back it up with a system.
We've had founders tell us from day one they were going to be the name in their niche. That feeling never left them. They tried posting themselves for a year. 12 likes per post. Zero inbound. Then they told us they were special, and we believed them enough to build the engine.
Every founder we've worked with who actually became the name in their niche had that same stubborn belief. The ones who wrote it off as 'organic growth is slow' never made it past 1,000 followers.
But don't get it twisted.
We hate the 'stay humble' crowd that tells ambitious founders to stop trying to stand out. We equally hate the founders who say they'll blow up but won't invest in a real strategy - they post once a week, copy trends, and wonder why nothing sticks.
The truth is in the middle.
Believe you're the one. Believe your insight deserves attention. But back it up with a machine that produces content consistently, engineered for memorability, while you spend your hours closing deals.
We recently took a consultant from 40 to 340 profile visits a day in 30 days. He didn't write a single post. That's what backing it up looks like.
A founder walks into a cigar lounge. Someone recognizes his voice from a podcast. He hasn't written a post in 6 months - our team built his entire brand.

Posting about this situation again because it's unfathomable how unruly Roblox has been with it's take downs! From my other post alone, I've had multiple people reach out about similar experiences they've had on the platform- with false take downs and bans, completely making them unable to further create as well.
This is ridiculous with the lack of care Roblox has been giving their creators- and after all, us creators are what helps Roblox be the platform that it is today with our ideas and aspirations. It's incredibly disheartening that with a snap of your fingers, everything can be taken away. Along with how they do not have any sort of communication when your access is permanently taken away. The fact that so many other are people are dealing with this- not only just UGC creators, should raise some eyebrows about the moderation on the platform.
Roblox has changed my life tremendously, along with tons of other creators. Without it, I would not be in the position I am today. I can provide for my family, pay medical bills, not have to worry if there will be food on the table or if the heat will be on this month. The fact that I would have to make a whole new account to continue to upload- which takes so much money already is just incredibly sad. NOBODY should have to do this and I find it a bit insane that so many people have been needing to. It's really and truly not fair whatsoever.
I really hope Roblox can better their moderation in the future. If you've also been effected by this ban wave of assets or other items, please comment. I feel for you.
*Oh yeah.. Roblox still has been avoiding help with my support emails :(

hey @Roblox @robloxdevrel
I've had some assets that were made 2 years ago taken down for "cheating and exploits"- which has resulted in my account being permanently revoked access to 3D Avatar Creation, or better known as UGC. When reaching out to appeals, I got no response. So I emailed them. I have gotten the same AI response about 5+ times now saying the items were removed for misusing Roblox's system. This whole situation is making me feel extremely infuriated as I have reached out numerous times and again every email I have sent gets the same response, with nobody giving a care to actually take a look at my case.
I have obeyed Roblox's community guidelines the entire 4 years+ I have been creating on there and the fact this is how me and many others are treated is preposterous. Taking a look into my creator portal, I see a huge message stating that my access to 3D Avatar Item Creation has been permanently revoked. However, when emailed about this, Roblox moderation is stating the complete opposite saying that it is only temporary and to try again with a different concept. How am I supposed to try with a different concept if my access is banned? If you take a look at the photo provided, you will see that only half of the items were removed while others on my account are still up. This doesn't make any sense to me and is extremely unfair.
I'm so stuck on what to do at this point as I've done pretty much everything I can.. This is so extremely upsetting and concerning. The fact that everything can be taken away with no explanation or even an email is crazy! I would've had no idea that my access was taken away if it wasn't for the creator portal. This isn't right at all!
Oh.. and I'd also like to mention that the items were removed slowly.. starting from Dec. 30th spanning until January 5th. I'm running out of time for this to be resolved.. making all of this completely permanent. :(
