@Merseytravel there hasn't been a rail replacement bus between Hoylake and West Kirby since 11pm - it's now midnight and a taxi is taking us to west Kirby - how do you explain this during the open ?
@merseyrail I am a regular commuter between West Kirby and Liverpool- I expected buses would be waiting at Hoylake to meet trains - apparently there have been no rail replacement buses for an hour - this is not acceptable
