Why are we still seeing the same mistakes made regarding when a citizen is required to produce ID?
Feb 2012 outside Broxton Bridge Plantation (Ehrhardt, Colleton County, South Carolina):
Animal rights activists activists filmed a live pigeon shoot from public areas near Hwy 601.
Colleton Co. Sheriff’s Lt. W.G. Polk told them filming was fine if they didn’t block traffic—then demanded IDs, claiming a “state statute” required them to produce it.
SC has no stop-and-ID law. He couldn’t cite the statute.
Attorney Mark D. Ball (lawyer for the plantation) was on scene and was recorded interacting with deputies as Polk took notes.
After the conversation activists were then hit with parking citations for parking along the right of way.
One of their drones was later shot down from the plantation side across a public road; deputies took a report but no charges followed.
They called it intimidation to stop documentation of the mass pigeon killing saying the sheriff deputies acted as muscle for the plantation owners and their attorney.
❓Has things changed with police ID demands since this recording was made in 2012 or could this same exact thing still happen today?
❓What was Lt. Polk hoping to learn by getting the men's names and dates of birth?

Two Americans and MAGA Trump voters in Charlotte NC have just been k*lled by a drunk-driving illegal immigrant from Mexico.
He is labelled as a "WHITE CAUCASIAN" male in the arrest records, despite being a Mexican illegal alien.
Their names were Rodney Quinn and Dana Osborne.
He was 66. She was 63.
On Saturday, October 24th, around 6:30 in the evening, they were riding down Moores Chapel Road in west Charlotte.
Police say a Honda Pilot turned left out of a driveway onto Moores Chapel Road... right into their path.
Police say the driver FAILED TO YIELD.
Rodney tried to stop his motorcycle, but it wasn’t enough.
The Harley hit the front corner of the Honda, went down on its side, and both of them were THROWN into the road.
They were wearing DOT-approved helmets, they did everything right.
But sadly, paramedics pronounced them both DE*D at the scene.
The driver of the Honda? Police say he had NO INJURIES.
His name is Jose Salas Tzompaxtle, and he’s 36 and an illegal alien from Mexico who has been arrested TWICE before for driving without a license, and was never deported.
Say their names. Rodney Quinn. Dana Osborne.

A black woman was going the wrong way one a one way street in Los Angeles. She demanded the other car reverse, even though she was the one going the wrong way
The black woman gets out of her car with a crowbar, beats the driver going the right way, breaks all her windows, lights, windshield, beats her so bad she has to go to the hospital
The black woman, even though she was caught on camera during the incident has not been arrested or faced consequences. The investigation is ongoing.
The woman is very clearly shown multiple times in the video, how could the LAPD possibly not make an arrest yet…. Makes no sense

His arm wasn’t broke at all. It turns out his daughter told the Long Beach Watchdog the next day, October 18. he was scraped and bruised and his arm had pain. It wasn’t broken
Instagram is amplifying fake news about ICE. The caption literally reads “ICE broke the arm of a US citizen”
This is WILD, the person who spreading this fake news actually has an entire site setup to track ICE officers, expose their faces and make their license plates public (I’ll include it at the end)
