A 30 minute wait for @RoyalMail on the phone because they’ve messed up a delievery and they have the cheek to ask me to do a questionnaire to find out how ‘great’ they are. Most unhelpful company out there!
Once again @RoyalMail have let me down by damaging yet another parcel I’ve sent to my customers. What annoys me more is they can’t be bothered to get back to me about my claim 4 weeks ago!
Is there a problem with your website @RoyalMail - the page isn’t loading for me on any device.
Disgusted with @Apple right now. Another 5 days until I am able to gain access to my account, which isn't my fault it was locked! I cannot access my business and loosing money. Wonder what your excuse will be this time!

One of the most frustrating things to see! Supposed to get married next week and given 3 weeks notice of a restricted wedding yet if you work for the government rules don’t apply!
