Yes, the 2010 Moxie Media case in Washington's 38th Legislative District primary matches the pattern. Progressive groups and the Democratic consulting firm Moxie Media funded shell PACs with conservative names ("Cut Taxes PAC," "Conservative PAC") to boost a weak third-party candidate, Rod Rieger, and attack moderate Democratic incumbent Jean Berkey. This siphoned enough votes that Berkey finished third and was eliminated under the top-two system, allowing more liberal Democrat Nick Harper to advance and win. Moxie was later fined $290,000 by the state for disclosure violations after a PDC probe and AG lawsuit. Harper denied knowledge.

“X is a cesspool.”
TikTok degenerates saw a Michigan dad stocking pizzas late at night and decided to humiliate him.
The people on here saw a father working his ass off to provide for his kids.
They made him a punchline. We paid off his mortgage and bullied his employer into backing him.
I’ll take this cesspool every fucking time.

So many other things to remember and celebrate Sir Patrick Stewart for... but this has to be one of the best line readings in the history of The Simpsons

Everywhere we've had Progressives lead our cities, we've seem dramatic losses in the value of assets. This progressive experiment needs to end.
We have to return to sensible moderate centrist policies with stable policies that build for long-term sustainability.

What the Actual??? WA STATE CORRUPTION
WARNING TLDR
Who do you think seems more corrupt?
1) The public unions trying to buy Washington's Supreme Court races?
Or
2) The PDC, which suddenly changed the rules 12 days before the election so those unions can spend even more?
What happened:
Oct 13: the 21-day late-money cap kicked in. Max $7,500 per donor to PACs.
Oct 22: the PDC suspended it. By "interpretive statement." No lawsuit. No ruling.
What it means:
In this final stretch, when voters are filling out ballots, the PDC changed the donation rules so there's no limit on what one donor can give a PAC. Checks of any size, right up to Election Day.
Who benefits:
The unions. SEIU, WEA and WFSE have already given $450K directly to the "Beware the Attack on Our Courts" PAC.
In addition SEIU, WEA and WFSE are also the largest donors to New Direction PAC, which has donated an additional $298K to the supreme court judicial “Beware” PAC
Until Oct 22, each of them could only give the court PAC up to $7,500 more before the election. Now they can give $500K. Or $5M. No Limits
Where does their money come from?
$165M+ a year flowing into SEIU, WEA and WFSE. Tax-exempt- taken from their members—each year.
5 Supreme Court seats on the ballot. A majority of the court.
How much of the Supreme Court does $165M buy? The PDC just gave the public unions the green light to find out.
Want judges not bankrolled by the public unions?
Vote.

4) Seattle is getting squeezed from both ends: skyrocketing supply to go along with collapsing demand.
This is interesting.
Because any people in housing said the only reason demand is low is because there is no inventory.
But now in a market like Seattle, there's massive inventory, and no demand to speak of.

Washington's income tax repeal isn't a tax cut. The tax hasn't collected anything yet.
Bret Weinstein and Heather Heying discuss I-645, a ballot measure to repeal Washington's new tax on income over $1 million. Is it really a "tax cut" as the Voters' Pamphlet suggests?

Press conference from Seattle regarding noncitizens voting and being registered to vote. Due to the uncooperative state officials, it is a slow process. So far they have identified 400 illegal voters who voted in multiple elections, but suspect it will turn out to be thousands.
